AN EXERCISE CHALLENGE to complete all 15.7 miles of trails in Kennedy Park located in Lenox, Ma. You will need a map of Kennedy Park to do this Challenge. PRIZES BY BIG ELM BREWING!

CHALLENGES:
1. the shortest amount of distance to cover all the trails (must be continuous which involves lots of backtracking and overlap)
2. the fastest time to cover all the trails (must also be continuous)
3. a scavenger hunt

Each challenge is divided into 4 CATEGORIES:
1. oldest and youngest
2. retired persons or still working
3. Open category for everyone (no age or ability distinctions)
4. Parents with kids

POST YOUR RESULTS
Use Strava or other app to post your results (if you don't finish in one day, then you start recording Day 2 where you ended Day 1 and so on). You may take several days to complete this challenge and you may enter more than one challenge. When you post your results, select which challenge and category you want to enter (see the 4 categories above)
